California Republican Assembly Endorses Crystal Miles for State Senate

Orange CA – The California Republican Assembly has officially endorsed Crystal Miles for the State Senate in the 37th Senate District.

"The California Republican Assembly endorsed Crystal Miles because she is the clear choice for Republicans who want to win the 37th Senate District and send a strong, common-sense conservative to Sacramento,” said CRA Vice-President Jennye Bigelow.

The California Republican Assembly was established in 1935 and is the oldest and most respected Republican grassroots organization in the state. President Ronald Reagan called the CRA 'The Conscience of the Republican Party.'

“I am very grateful and humbled to receive the support of the California Republican Assembly, a group that has been at the forefront of the conservative movement for many decades,” said Miles. “I am committed to saving our state from Sacramento’s extreme left progressive policies that have resulted in soaring crime and homelessness and sky-high taxes and inflation.”

The CRA joins Orange County's leading Republicans in endorsing Miles, including Don Wagner, OC Supervisor & Campaign Co-Chair, Former Congresswoman Mimi Walters, Assemblyman Phillip Chen

former Senate Republican Leader Dick Ackerman, former Assemblyman Jim Silva, former Senator Pat Bates, and many Mayor and Councilmembers from throughout the district.

Crystal Miles is a mother and businesswoman who started her public service career at the city level. A Villa Park City Councilmember, Miles owns and operates a wholesale distribution business with her husband Kirk. Previously Miles served as a research scientist specializing in biomedical immunology research and development at Johnson & Johnson and Nichols Institute Diagnostics. She was elected to the City Council in 2018 and reelected in 2022, including a term as Mayor in 2021.

The 37th Senate District is a top legislative target for both parties in 2024. The Orange County district stretches from Fullerton in the north to Laguna Niguel in the south.
